Returns & Refunds
We want to make sure you're happy with your purchase, so all physical products can be returned within 14 days of receipt and digital products within 30 days of purchase. Please read our detailed returns policies below.
Physical Products:
If you are not completely satisfied with your physical purchase, you may return the products within 14 days of receipt in exchange for store credit or a gift voucher. All returned items must be in perfect saleable condition, remain in their original packaging, and have all tags attached.
If your products are faulty or do not match their description, you are entitled to return them within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. For returns made after the 30-day period, we may choose to repair or replace the products before issuing a refund. We will cover all return postage costs for online purchases that are faulty or not as described.
This policy does not apply to items that were discounted due to an obvious fault.
Digital Products:
Once you have downloaded a digital product the return policy is no longer valid for that product. If you request a refund for a digital product that has not been downloaded, your access to that product on our site will be removed once the refund is processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
