How do I access my digital purchase?
All digital purchases are delivered via email. To access your purchased content follow the steps below:
1 - Create or login to your account using the email address used to purchase the digital product. After creating a new account, check your email inbox to activate the account.
2 - While logged in to your account, go to the account page by clicking the "My Account" menu option, then scroll down and select the "View Purchased Instructionals" button.
3 - Find the content you wish to view and select "Play" to stream on demand, or "Download" to save to your device.

How do I request a return/refund?
To request a return/refund please email us at info@paladinonline.com with your order number and the name of the product(s) you would like to return. Click here to view our full returns policies.
I accidentally entered the wrong email address for my digital purchase, what do I do?
Simply email us at info@paladinonline.com with the incorrect email address you used, and if possible the order number, and our team will cancel your order. If you still wish to view your digital product immediately, we recommend purchasing the item again and double checking that the correct email address has been entered.
How long will it take for my refund to be processed?
Store credits may take up to 24 hours to appear on your account after being lodged. Refunds may take up to 10 business days after being lodged. Please note that these time frames are estimates from the moment you have received a confirmation email from us that your request has been lodged.
How can I purchase something as a gift for a friend?
Digital gift cards are a great option and can be purchased here. They have no expiry and are delivered via email.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Digital products will be delivered immediately via email.
